About You:

We are looking for someone who is flexible, energetic, and embodies the principles of our service culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food-handling practices by inspecting food preparation and service areas.
  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes and production standards.
  • Organize and manage food orders, ensuring proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing.
  • Receive and store food supplies while adhering to proper food-handling techniques, including stock rotation and temperature monitoring.
  • Assist in the routine cleaning of the kitchen, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about menu items.
  • Deliver food to designated areas efficiently.
  • Maintain buffet stations according to training guidelines.
  • Monitor and replenish buffet supplies throughout service.
  • Prepare hot boxes with sufficient food supplies based on service requirements.
  • Complete maintenance checklists and submit them for review.
  • Arrive on time and ready to work as scheduled.
  • Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of kitchen experience is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • An enthusiastic and energetic personality is essential.
  • Ability to follow directions and work under supervision.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying information to team members and guests.
  • A strong service orientation with a proactive approach to assisting others.
  • Ability to work for extended periods while standing.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items as needed.
  • Availability to work during major holidays is required.
  • Must meet state age requirements.
