This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent while growing a strong talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recruitment experience and a proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting. They will also possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to conduct different types of interviews.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

About the Role:

  • Conducting full cycle recruitment, from sourcing to coordinating interviews
  • Researching, reviewing and screening resumes
  • Creatively sourcing and recruiting candidates to create a pipeline of passive candidates
  • Organizing candidates using an in-house applicant tracking system and keeping detailed notes on each candidate
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Requirements:

  • At least one year recruitment experience
  • Working knowledge using job boards, social media and internal recruiting systems
  • Proven success identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
