About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at H&R Block. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for various business groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and attraction strategies to deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Facilitate the selection process by providing consultation and regular communication to hiring managers and People & Culture Business Partners.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by acting as an information resource and proactively engaging with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Lead recruitment strategy discussions to ensure deep understanding of business needs and desired candidate profiles.
About You
  • Requires 2+ years of recruiting/staffing/human resources experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand hiring requirements and translate them into actionable steps within recruiting systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Proven success in previously held positions or internships.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM), sourcing tools, and job boards.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
