Job Summary

The Residential Operations Specialist assists the Community Manager in managing the apartment community. This includes taking ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensuring accuracy in rent and deposit tracking.

Knowledge of leasing and resident retention strategies is essential. A strong focus on customer service is also required, with regular interactions with prospective clients, lease signings, and community showings.

This role demands high energy, motivation, and a commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend hours are required on a rotating basis.

Essential Skills:

  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE (Microsoft Office, Excel) REQUIRED
  • Experience with Yardi preferred
