Schenck Foods Co. is a leading food distributor seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our day operations team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for managing products to ensure adequate inventory levels and excellent product quality daily.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Managing inventory to ensure it is stored and kept in quality condition
  • Picking up product from receiving dock and delivering to aisles in a timely fashion
  • Breaking down and checking product for quality
  • Organizing product in racks and rotating for proper usage
  • Ensuring pick slots are filled and prepared for Night Warehouse operation
  • Maintaining organization and inventory levels
  • Pulling special order products for delivery

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma preferred
  • Warehouse distribution and forklift experience required
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to safely operate industrial fork truck and hand jacks
  • Able to lift an average of 40lbs repetitively (and up to 80lbs)
