We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Training Instructor/Lead to join our team at Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our clients in the field of aviation simulator operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instruction and Training: Conduct quality academic instruction and aircrew training device instruction, adhering to published standards and guidelines.
  • Logistical and Maintenance Activities: Plan, organize, and execute all facets of logistical and maintenance activities to ensure training devices are ready and available for training operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain aircraft and weapons system expertise, troubleshoot problems on flight simulation equipment, and conduct practical training in checking, repairing, and calibrating critical solid-state devices.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, work effectively in a team environment, and maintain good relations with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, completion of an advanced civilian or advanced military electronics program, and three to five years' experience as a Flight Simulator Operator or Maintenance Technician or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and ability to troubleshoot problems on flight simulation equipment.
  • Certifications and Clearances: Security + Plus or higher Certification, Forklift certification (as required), and ability to attain and maintain DoD security clearance.
Work Environment

The work environment will be a shop floor environment with potential risks of injury from electrical, moving mechanical parts, and hydraulics under high pressure.
