Austin Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Field Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, managing site personnel, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Jobsite Administration: Oversee all administrative functions, including accounting, personnel, and office management.
  • Payroll and Invoicing: Prepare and submit monthly pay requests, manage field payroll functions, and process invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects, monitor job status reports, and maintain project job-cost reports.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all subcontractors have necessary bonding and insurance documents, monitor reports from the performance reporting system, and assist in closeout of projects.
