Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Trafficking Case Manager to join our team at The Salvation Army Central Territory. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting victims of human trafficking and ensuring they receive the necessary resources and services to rebuild their lives.

About the Position

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to victims of human trafficking, including assessment, planning, and linkage to community resources.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized plans to address their unique circumstances.
  2. Provide crisis intervention and support services to clients in emergency situations.
  3. Collaborate with local organizations and service providers to ensure clients receive the necessary resources and support.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
  5. Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a case management or counseling capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and case management software.
  • Licensure in social work or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
