Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prevention Specialist to join our team at Prevention Partnership. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for facilitating research-based programming to community youth and families, as well as assisting with the development and implementation of various prevention programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of at-risk youth, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate research-based programming to community youth and families
- Assist with the development and implementation of various prevention programs
- Maintain accurate records of programs and projects
- Implement media campaigns
- Provide presentations to community agencies, schools, or businesses on prevention issues
- Bachelor's degree in social service, outreach, adolescent development, and counseling or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years' experience in the field
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Salary range: $30-36K
