The Fast Track Manager role at Crew Carwash is designed to set you up for immediate success. You will gain the skills necessary to manage a high-revenue business, optimize profits, and lead a team of professionals while enjoying the process. If you have prior experience, we will enhance your existing knowledge with training that prepares you for promotions.

Expectations from the Fast Track Manager Program:

  • We seek enthusiastic individuals who are focused on their career goals.
  • You will be assigned to a car wash location nearby, where your training will commence.
  • You will acquire essential business skills from experienced mentors who understand your journey.
  • Nearly half of our current managers began in this program.

Throughout your first year, you will engage in various aspects of our operations. Your progress will be monitored and assessed to evaluate your proficiency in these areas. Successful completion will lead to potential promotions and salary increases. On average, you can expect to be promoted to an Assistant Manager within 12 months. Your initiative and skills, along with your ability to adapt, will determine your advancement speed.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have either:

  • Completed an Associate's Degree or are nearing completion of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant management experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Fast Food sectors, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
