We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining our warranty database, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely resolution of claims.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty database records
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and management to resolve claims
- Process credits and replacements with the sales department
- Arrange for returned parts to be reworked or scrapped
- Analyze trends and data for monthly management review
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and sit/stand for long periods
- Strong mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.50 (dependent on experience)
- 1st shift opportunity (8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri)
- Contract-to-perm opportunity with potential for long-term employment
