Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining our warranty database, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty database records
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and management to resolve claims
  • Process credits and replacements with the sales department
  • Arrange for returned parts to be reworked or scrapped
  • Analyze trends and data for monthly management review
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and sit/stand for long periods
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency
