Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Management: Collaborate with business owners and groups to design and implement planning solutions that meet business needs.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure the effective operation of the service department, including hiring, developing, and leading service personnel.
  • Financial Management: Manage and uphold company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety, financial management, and growth & retention of customer base.
  • Partner Engagement: Engage with business partners to define and implement system enhancements, minimizing turnover and promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in business to business sales or customer service, with a minimum of 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency, computer proficiency, and previous service experience.
Compensation

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, plus bonus.
