Job Overview

The Omaha Public Schools Foundation is seeking a responsible and caring individual to join our team as a Site Aide at the Boyd Kids Club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise children at the Kids Club site and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Interact and engage with children, providing a positive and supportive environment.
  • Intervene in disciplinary situations and report incidents to the site director or assistant director.
  • Assist with serving snacks and cleaning up after activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on state regulations and record personal in-service hours.
  • Take direction from the site director and follow established procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the qualifications set by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, including up to 12 in-service hours per school year. You will also be required to have an annual health examination form and felony statement on file.

In accordance with the Department of Health and Human Services and the Omaha Public Schools Foundation, staff are not required to be immunized but it is highly recommended.
