About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize profitability through effective retail plan execution, driving sales and managing costs to deliver business results.
  • Develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Promote the FatFace brand and culture to customers, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  • Monitor and manage store performance across key business metrics, including sales, payroll, and stock integrity.
  • Implement and maintain the brand proposition in the store, driving sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Familiarity with local markets and commercial trends.
  • Track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
Estimated Salary:

$68,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
