Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Expertise in Process Controls: Act as a specialist in ensuring operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making throughout the facility.
  • Utilization of Advanced Tools: Implement strategic approaches and systems, including Autonomous Maintenance and Reliability Maintenance, to achieve operational excellence and cost reduction goals.
  • Technology Leadership: Serve as the go-to expert for all matters related to Programmable Logic Controllers, Ladder Logic, Human-Machine Interfaces, and various energy sources.
  • Facilitating Change: Empower others to enhance their capabilities while supporting innovative cost-saving initiatives and diagnostics.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:

  • A high school diploma or GED with experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Proven track record in leading continuous improvement projects, such as Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and others.
  • Experience with Information Systems, including PLC programming.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
