Job Title: Automation Engineer - Steel Plant

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team at Image Associates Inc. in western Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems, process control, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automation systems for manufacturing operations
  • Manage automation projects in heavy manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of technical issues related to industrial and manufacturing equipment
  • Work on capital equipment projects (CAPEX) and implement HMI programming and SCADA systems
  • Collaborate with Rockwell Automation Systems and Allen Bradley
  • Develop and implement database management software and truth tables
  • Test the performance and quality of automation systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of multi-tasking operating systems, real-time communications systems, PLCs, and HMI programming
  • Familiarity with Ethernet, networking knowledge, and relational databases
  • At least three years of experience programming industrial process control systems
  • Knowledge of process modeling and experience in Electrical Engineering and automation for manufacturing plants
