Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer application requirements and business goals to develop optimized bearing/system solutions
  • Participate in The Timken Company's technical training program, one of the most respected in the industry
  • Lead new product/process requests and/or new product development projects
  • Review and ensure the systems surrounding the bearings and mechanical power transmission components will provide top performance
  • Present solutions to internal and external customers
  • Provide on-going technical assistance to the customer during various product cycle phases
Requirements:
  • College graduate (December May 2025)
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • Engineering internships/co-ops preferred
  • Leadership experience demonstrated in academic or extra-curricular activities, or during employment
  • Ability to relocate to our World Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
