About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced contracts management professional to lead our team in delivering top-notch results. As a Contract Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple portfolios of contracts and new business proposals. Your expertise will be essential in managing competing priorities, motivating others, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple portfolios of contracts and new business proposals.
  • Manage competing priorities and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Motivate and lead a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal functions to develop solutions to contractual issues and address customer concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with 8 years or more of professional experience; or 6 years or more of professional experience with a Master's degree; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • US Citizenship required, candidate must hold a Top Secret clearance, and successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Ability to work with federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS).
Desired Skills
  • Experience with negotiating and managing various contract types (FFP, FPAF/IF, CPAF/IF, OTA, T&M, IDIQ).
  • Experience with building strong, positive customer relationships.
  • Experience operating as a team lead or supervisor.
  • Experience with communicating across varied audiences, including written, spoken, and presentation preparation.
  • Direct experience with contract management, preferably in the defense or aerospace industry.
  • Experience with special access programs.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience collaboratively interfacing with diverse disciplines such as Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Property, and Business Development.
