Customer Service Specialist - Resupply

Brightree is a technology company that develops innovative solutions for the post-acute care industry. We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to patients requiring resupply of sleep therapy products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and receive calls to/from patients to collect information needed to complete an order
  • Provide patient education regarding usage of in-home equipment
  • Understand the unique requirements of patients and provide appropriate direction into a daily work list and documents results of calls
  • Complete sales orders with accuracy and speed

Requirements:

  • High school education required; Associates Degree and/or college coursework preferred
  • Two years of call center experience or equivalent
  • Prior remote experience highly preferred
  • Quiet work-at-home environment free of interruption and distraction
  • Must be a self-starter who can troubleshoot challenges on the fly
  • Must have high speed internet wired via ethernet connection, no Wi-Fi, satellite or hotspot
  • Strong communication skills on the telephone
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Preferred experience working on a call center dialer
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
