Professional Case Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead our health services and clinical leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the region's health services and clinical leaders
  • Managing, supervising, coordinating, evaluating, and developing client care teams
  • Ensuring quality care delivery and appropriate case management
  • Compliance with company policies and state regulations

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing
  • Current unblemished and unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
  • Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, including in-home healthcare
  • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Base Pay Range: $85,500 - $127,900 per year
