Help Desk Expert

Cambridge International Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Computer User Support Specialist to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to computer users, answering questions, and resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or electronically.
The ideal candidate will possess a current DoD Secret security clearance and be eligible for DoD Top Secret clearance, NATO Indoctrination, and meet TESA accreditation requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, employees may be eligible for relocation reimbursement, housing allowance, COLA, and school reimbursement for dependents.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to computer users
- Answer questions or resolve computer problems
- May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
- Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position
- Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
