Additionally, you will improve Tilray brands Category Weighted Distribution (CWD) in assigned call points, identify and execute sales opportunities using sales tools and data analysis, and deliver ads, Temporary Price Deductions (TPRs), and marketing programs to increase shelf presence. You will also align goals with company objectives and manage communication with customers and distribution partners, managing expense budget and adapting to additional responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at chains and wholesaler key account managers to drive Tilray Beverages growth.
• Track, measure, and communicate program execution with distributors and the sales team.
• Create presentations to support growth initiatives and customer strategies.
• Improve Tilray brands Category Weighted Distribution (CWD) in assigned call points.
• Identify and execute sales opportunities using sales tools and data analysis.
• Deliver ads, Temporary Price Deductions (TPRs), and marketing programs to increase shelf presence.
• Align goals with company objectives and manage communication with customers and distribution partners.

Requirements
• 3+ year HQ chain selling experience in the beverage industry.
• Experience with analyzing syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen).
• VIP/KARMA Notes or similar data collection tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to travel on an "as needed" basis and could be up to 50% of the time.
• Physical: Required to lift 35 lb. Cases, 165 lb. kegs, and various point-of-sales boxes periodically.
• Must be proficient in VIP.
• College degree preferred.
