We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aviation Security Specialist to join our team at ACTS-Aviation Security Inc. As a Security Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our airport operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of airline equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized items.
- Screen cargo using designated equipment and methods, adhering to customer specifications.
- Monitor aircraft, passengers, and gates to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including reporting to Operations Supervisors or Managers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint check and a 10-year background check.
- Must not have been convicted of any FAA Disqualifying Crimes.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
- US Citizenship required for certain services.
- Written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive salary range: $16.00 per hour.
