Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aviation Security Specialist to join our team at ACTS-Aviation Security Inc. As a Security Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our airport operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of airline equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized items.
  • Screen cargo using designated equipment and methods, adhering to customer specifications.
  • Monitor aircraft, passengers, and gates to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including reporting to Operations Supervisors or Managers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint check and a 10-year background check.
  • Must not have been convicted of any FAA Disqualifying Crimes.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
  • US Citizenship required for certain services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
