Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager to join our Bridgeton team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a staff of Recruiting Specialists and Recruiting Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your passion for success and ability to build long-lasting partnerships will be essential in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the Company.
  • Provide mentorship, management direction, coaching, and support to branch employees, including Recruiting Manager duties.
  • Manage the overall financial operation and profitability of the branch, including budgets, billable hours, fill-rates, and branch profitability.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring current activity, adjusting plans or services as needed, and making regular in-person visits to ensure satisfaction and identify additional client needs.
  • Enhance Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders.
