Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager - Sales Specialist to join our team at Hussmann. This role will be responsible for collaborating with Sales and Product Management to support specific end-user customers and the broader market needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical product management, engineering, and/or technical sales, with experience supporting product & marketing management, new product development, and strategy activities.
The Technical Product Manager - Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing product expert support to achieve Revenue and OI objectives, coaching Sales team to develop product knowledge & skills development, and training internal and external audiences on the C&D product portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to build business cases, and will be able to travel up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities- Provide product expert support to achieve Revenue and OI objectives
- Coach Sales team to develop product knowledge & skills development
- Train internal and external audiences on the C&D product portfolio
- Support customer-specific needs by acting as a liaison between Sales, Product Management, and the broader organization
- Engage with customers and Sales to collect market insights and use to inform product strategies for C&D product lines
- Collaborate with C&D product managers to develop multi-year product roadmaps inclusive of near-term projects and long-term ideas requiring validation
- Establish strong communication and partnering relationships between marketing and the sales organization
- Understand and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify and provide guidance on portfolio gaps and leverage areas of differentiation
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or business administration
- 5 years in technical product management, engineering, and/or technical sales
- Experience supporting product & marketing management, new product development, and strategy activities
- Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to build business cases
- Ability to travel up to 25%
