Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE


The Team Lead's role is to guarantee that exemplary hospitality is extended to our guests while also supporting the team.

Additionally, all personnel are expected to foster and uphold a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, achieved through positivity, teamwork, shared knowledge, and effective communication.

SUPERVISORY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
No direct reports. However, this position will assist in overseeing the Front of House management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Ensure the smooth daily operations of the bar, including but not limited to product management, guest interaction, health and hygiene, and quality assurance.

Build strong relationships with guests and promote prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

Organize and oversee shifts.

Assist in daily staff scheduling, training, and ongoing development.

Ensure that operations are conducted in a manner that minimizes health and safety risks for both employees and guests, while also ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Facilitate communication among guests, bar staff, supervisors, and management.

Respond promptly to all guest inquiries and concerns.

Maintain adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Additional projects may be assigned to this position to support company leadership on significant initiatives, as deemed necessary.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a good level of stamina and mobility.

Work schedule may vary and will include shifts on days, nights, holidays, and weekends, requiring standing and/or walking for extended periods both indoors and outdoors.

Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in high-temperature environments for extended periods.

Previous experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.

Exceptional communication skills and experience collaborating with staff at all levels.

Familiarity with safety and sanitation practices, along with industry best practices.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for extended periods, including navigating stairs.

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.
