GGs Waterfront is an upscale casual dining establishment known for its breathtaking views of the intracoastal waterway. Our menu features a selection of fresh seafood, including sea bass and chilled seafood towers, as well as Florida stone crabs and bone-in NY Strips, all contributing to a refined and chef-driven dining experience.

We are currently in search of a skilled and experienced Dining Room Manager to oversee our hospitality operations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle financial management and cash handling with precision.
  • Coordinate inventory management and staff scheduling efficiently.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests while addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Implement and uphold service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management within a high-volume, full-service setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Culinary or beverage certification is advantageous.
  • Confident and outgoing personality.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team while managing conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Reliable references are required.
