Job Description

Jorda Mechanical Contractor is a leading commercial mechanical contractor in Tampa, Florida, specializing in design/build new construction projects, industrial, and HVAC Service. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our Service Division, driving growth and excellence in customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Leadership: Lead the Service Division, overseeing daily operations, recruiting and training service staff, and ensuring timely completion of service calls.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and developing customized service solutions to increase revenues.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Possess deep experience with HVAC equipment, systems, and controls, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of service technicians.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders.

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
