About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team at DaVita Kidney Care. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure adequate staffing and patient care.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) may be beneficial.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
