Job Description

At Medtronic, we are committed to providing innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes. As a Clinical Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including training and education on CRM products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and develop sales strategies.
  • Conduct field technical training and support for CRM products.
  • Assist with managing consignment inventory and trunk inventory.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of CRM products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment.
