Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Transplant Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a group of coordinators for their assigned program, ensuring that all clinical and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operational oversight of assigned coordinators
• Ensure continual regulatory readiness for program surveys and audits
• Provide daily clinical support and supervisory support, including payroll, performance improvement and evaluation, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, scheduling, and case load management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Nursing
• Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
• Five (5) years of nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three (3) years of nursing experience in solid organ transplant
• Certification as a Clinical Transplant Coordinator, (CCTC) and/or VAD Certification, as applicable to the role, and approved by the Program Manager
• Obtains Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification within 2 years
