Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Revhab Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to develop and implement treatment plans that promote independence and improve their quality of life.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate clients and develop a treatment plan that meets their individual needs. You will choose activities that help clients carry out their daily tasks independently, monitor their progress, and prepare detailed reports accordingly. You will also maintain a safe and clean working environment and document client care services by auditing records.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Current New York State OT License
  • Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred
  • Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
  • Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
