Refrigeration Systems Technician

Market Equipment is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. As a Refrigeration Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical components of refrigeration systems, maintaining and repairing multiple types of refrigeration systems, and performing minor plumbing repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, including self-contained coolers and freezers, single and rack systems
- Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems
- Collaborate with grocery store managers and store directors to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Quote equipment repairs and recommend replacement when necessary
- Maintain proper van stock, tools, and safety equipment
- At least 2-3 years of grocery refrigeration/HVAC experience
- 06A license required
- EPA license highly desired
- Related education/certification in HVAC and refrigeration industry highly desired
- Ability to pass a physical/drug screen/background investigation/driving abstract as needed
