Job Summary:

In this pivotal role as the Great Starts Residential Team Leader at the Helen Ross McNabb Center, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for women in recovery. With your exceptional leadership skills and trauma-informed approach, you will mentor participants, manage administrative tasks, and provide on-call support to staff members.

About the Role:
The Great Starts Residential Team Leader is an integral part of our team, responsible for assisting management in the supervision and administration of daily operations. This involves mentoring women in recovery through a trauma-informed approach, maintaining a safe and friendly atmosphere, and proposing solutions for daily operations. You will also coordinate with management and participants in record keeping, paperwork, and communication, and provide appropriate involvement in health, safety, and security measures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
  • One-year experience serving women and children preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
