Job Summary

Computer Services Incorporated (CSI) is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing solution and application implementations for existing and new customers. Your focus will be on implementing one or more smaller solution(s) from lower complexity software and/or smaller customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Demand Deposit Account and Exception Item Processing applications.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with customers to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide onsite and remote support and training for customer banks.
  • Reconcile core applications to general ledger systems.
  • Write integrations for demand deposit products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Transition Specific Tasks
  • Prepare and deliver solution training to end users.
  • Provide initial go-live, hyper-care, support; prepare and execute the transition plan for ongoing customer support.
  • Support post-implementation issue resolution and training, as necessary.
Primary Results Accountable for Achieving
  • Application configuration is complete and accurate.
  • Customers are properly trained for use of the systems.
  • Customers are effectively supported during the project transition period.
  • All parts of the implementation process are successful, and the customer is satisfied.
Job Requirements

Education & Certifications:

  • Education or job knowledge equivalent to college or university undergraduate education.

Experience:

  • The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least two (2) years.

Banking experience required.

Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Demand Deposit and Savings Accounts and Exception Item Processing.
  • Communication skills – demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision in a team environment.
  • Reasoning skills – to think logically and interpret problems accurately.
  • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Analytical skills – problem solving, pattern recognition, objectivity.
  • Account reconciliation experience.
  • Ability to work with all levels of bank management during a conversion.
  • Organization and time management skills.
Relationship Building

This position requires regular contact both inside and/or outside the company.

Decision Making

The position requires the use of judgment to plan and perform; general decisions are made to solve a problem or select a course of action for a standard or recognized method of operation.

Supervision Received

General Supervision. Assignments are both task-oriented and objective-oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.
