- Maintain and organize procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Vendor Relations:
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with suppliers and vendors.

- Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of products and services.
- Inventory Management:
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure ideal stock levels.
- Perform regular inventory checks and address any discrepancies.

- Data Reporting and Analysis:
- Compile and present procurement reports to upper management.
- Examine purchasing data to uncover trends and opportunities for cost reductions.
- Establish and monitor procurement KPIs and metrics.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance procurement processes.
- Adopt best practices and innovative technologies to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and uphold procurement policies and procedures.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in procurement.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge Base: Comprehensive understanding of procurement methodologies, supply chain management, and inventory oversight.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
