Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Respiratory Care Program (two or four-year).
- Certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Minnesota or a temporary RT permit.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card (can be obtained upon hire).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be acquired within 180 days of employment.
Your Role:
As a Respiratory Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive patient evaluations and creating individualized respiratory care strategies.
- Administering a variety of treatments and therapies, including aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.

- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
