Exciting Opportunity for Respiratory Therapists

Experience the beauty of a dynamic career in healthcare while making a difference in the lives of patients. We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and design personalized respiratory care plans.
  • Administer various treatments and therapies, such as aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory health management.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a two or four-year Respiratory Care Program (preference for CoARC accreditation).
  • Certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in Minnesota or possess a temporary RT permit.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card (obtainable upon hire).
