Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $16.80-$19.50 per hour, based on experience and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a supportive environment that encourages skill acquisition and functional communication in children with autism.
  • Work directly with BCBAs to provide transformative therapy and ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans and instructional materials.
  • Participate in clinical mentorship with BCBAs to promote treatment outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data using various methods, completing daily progress notes to monitor outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities provided by clinical leadership to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in behavior analysis, psychology, education, early childhood, or a related field.
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited graduate-level behavior analytic program.
  • Hold a 3.0 or higher GPA.
