Job Overview

The Staff Occupational Therapist is a key member of our Behavioral Health team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. This is a contingent/PRN/on-call role, and the ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing age-appropriate care to pediatric patients.

About the Job

The Staff Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating the developmental and functional status of patients, administering treatment, fabricating or recommending adaptive equipment and splints, documenting evaluation results and patient progress, and providing patient and family education. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and learning, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
