Job Summary
We are seeking a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
- Assist individuals with their daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support individuals in developing their skills and abilities, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist individuals in participating in community activities and events.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
Requirements
- No experience required.
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
