Overview

Retail Operations Leader (Bilingual)

The Retail Operations Leader (ROL) is tasked with overseeing the overall performance of the retail establishment, managing client accounts and recovery processes, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role is pivotal in fostering customer relationships, showcasing effective sales strategies, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Continuous training and development initiatives are available to promote career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships to stimulate new business and sustain profitability
  • Utilize business partnerships and engage in community events to enhance store visibility
  • Mentor and develop Team Members to unlock their full potential
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance metrics
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and manage cash handling processes
  • Supervise account management with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to Company policies and regulatory standards
  • Support daily operations in the absence of the General Manager

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Proficient in Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Physical capability to move freely and operate mechanical controls

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience in leadership roles within sales or customer service
  • Background in retail, sales, or financial services
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
