About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at BigBear.ai. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in supporting our Agile team by transforming client business needs into user stories that accurately capture functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write user stories and document functional requirements using JIRA application
  • Assign points for user stories
  • Provide support and technical advice throughout Agile sprint cycles
  • Engage with clients/users to define system scope and objectives
  • Assist in validating enhancements to existing system
  • Coordinating with developers and QA/test engineers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 to 10 years of experience
  • Experience with scrum/agile project lifecycle approach to software development; experience developing Agile user stories for an IT mission system; Certification(s) - SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Adept at problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, time management, multi-tasking, and task-ownership; excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies; strong experience working with teams implementing and configuring DevOps solutions; proven track record as a self-learner, keeping current with the latest techniques (including automated testing and continuous integration)
