Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Associate Quality Assurance RN to join our team at Providence Medical Group Montana. As an integral member of our clinic leadership team, you will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Determine clinic priorities with regard to patient care, patient flow, staffing, and distribution of resources.
  • Responsible for the workflow of the clinic under the direction of the PMG management team.
  • Collaborate with the PMG management team to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.
  • Associate's degree in nursing upon hire.
  • Montana Registered Nurse License.
  • 1 year of working with the patient population similar to the department of hire.
  • 1 year of delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel required, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients.
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development, and evaluation, staff training.
