Job Title: Associate Quality Assurance RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Quality Assurance RN to join our team. As a key member of our clinic leadership team, you will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment.
- Responsible for the workflow of the clinic under the direction of the PMG management team.
- Determines clinic priorities with regard to patient care, patient flow, staffing and distribution of resources.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.
- Associate's degree in nursing upon hire.
- Montana Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of working with the patient population similar to department of hire.
- 1 year of Delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel required, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients.
- 3 years of Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training.
