Carpenter and Builder

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Leonard Aluminum Utility Buildings. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing various components of shed buildings and truck accessories with precision and quality craftsmanship.

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine project requirements and materials needed for construction.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, or other materials using hand and power tools to fabricate components for shed buildings and truck accessories.
• Assemble and install framing, siding, roofing, doors, windows, and trim according to design plans and industry standards, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and structural integrity.
• Inspect materials for defects, damage, or irregularities before use, and select appropriate materials for each project to ensure high-quality finished products.
• Monitor construction progress and perform quality checks throughout the assembly and installation process, making adjustments or corrections as needed to meet specifications and safety requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, or related trades, with demonstrated proficiency in woodworking techniques, tool usage, and building materials.
