Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Residence Inn Richmond. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guestrooms to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.
  • Restock housekeeping supplies and linen, and replenish cleaning chemicals as needed.
  • Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways, and keep public areas clean and tidy.
  • Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Handle lost and found items according to our standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move objects as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
