Job Title: Pre-Services Specialist

Job Summary:

Noble Community Clinics is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our patient access team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences and securing financial benefits for our patients and the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient insurance coverage and complete prior authorizations
  • Enroll patients in Medicaid as applicable and secure prior authorizations
  • Provide accurate patient expense estimates and pre-service collections
  • Communicate with patients and staff to resolve insurance authorization issues and delays
  • Maintain authorization on file for additional services
  • Collaborate with other departments to complete insurance verification and fee estimates

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare setting with knowledge of financial clearance preferred
  • Experience with Medicaid enrollment and Epic software desired
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team-based approach
  • CPR certification required within six months of hire
