Job Description:

We are seeking a Biotherapeutic Characterization Specialist to join our Analytical Development team at Evotec WD. The successful candidate will have a strong background in large molecule and protein characterization, as well as expertise in separations methods development and H/UPLC and CE method qualification.

About the Role:

  • Develop, qualify, and document analytical methods for biotherapeutics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to speed time to clinic while reducing development costs.
  • Contribute to the development of novel biotherapeutic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for analytical development and validation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Supervise and mentor Scientists and Associates.

Salary Range:$140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on individual qualifications and experience.
