Product Data Specialist, Meta

This is an exciting opportunity to join Meta's data engineering team as a Data Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing data warehouse plans for products, identifying data needed for business problems, and implementing logging to ensure data availability. You will also collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand data needs and represent key insights in a meaningful way.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You will be working with large datasets, designing data models, and developing logging solutions to optimize growth, strategy, and user experience. Additionally, you will use data to shape product development and identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- • 2+ years of experience working with data, including roles such as data analyst, data scientist, or data engineer
• Strong understanding of SQL, ETL, data modeling, and programming languages such as Python or C++
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000-$171,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
